Check-in after 3:00 pm check-out before 11:00 am

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

For most reservations, our Standard Policy permits cancellations without penalty until 48 hours prior to
3 pm of the scheduled arrival day. Cancellations that occur after that time will be charged one night’s room and tax. Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions. Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-booking.

Yes, we offer complimentary continental breakfast items, juices, and coffee from 6:30-10:00 am

DO YOU OFFER IN-ROOM DINING?

While we do not offer room service, we do offer complimentary continental breakfast items, juices, and coffee from 6:30-10:00 am that you may enjoy in our lobby or take back to your room.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Yes, Hotel One75 offers a limited number of dog-friendly rooms for our guests, for an additional $75 per dog per stay. 

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY?

Hotel One75 is a non-smoking property.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

Hotel One75 offers complimentary self-parking.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?

Guests of Hotel One75 are invited to visit the Trudy Fitness Center on the campus of Colgate University. The Front Desk can provide guests with a pass to enter their Fitness Center along with a campus map.

DO YOU OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Guests of Hotel One75 are invited to utilize our shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel. Rides must be pre-arranged with the front desk with advanced notice.
